  1. I feel for you being vegetarian in a small town. It’s probably hard to find places to go out to eat. Or maybe it’s not as bad as I’m making it out to be in my imagination. Celeste πŸ™‚

    • Hi Celeste! Thanks, for your comment! πŸ™‚ Yes, it can be a challenge at times! I don’t personally know any other vegetarians in town – but I know they are out there, somewhere! I have noticed that quite a few restaurants in the area now offer a vegetarian item or two on their menus- which is great! However, finding a vegan section on a menu is another story. Thankfully, we have a natural food coop about 30 minutes from my house so I can stock up on all my vegetarian supplies. It has been my saving grace πŸ™‚

    • opps, cut myself off too soon πŸ˜‰ Anyway, wanted to add, wife and I have been adding more and more veggies yearly, love them more and more; being in our 60s it’s been wonderful for us πŸ˜‰
